Go and tell what God has done.

Psalm 100:4–5

Come and hear, all you who fear God;
let me tell you what he has done for me.

I cried out to him with my mouth;
his praise was on my tongue.

If I had cherished sin in my heart,
the Lord would not have listened;
but God has surely listened
and has heard my prayer.

Praise be to God,
who has not rejected my prayer
or withheld his love from me!

When you recommend a coffee shop... salon... restaurant... anything... to a friend, why do you do it?

Usually, because they cared for you and it made a difference!

The Psalmist wants all who read to know what God has done for them.
It's not just a matter of mighty deeds for everyone... it's personal.

You have personal reasons to praise your God too — the debt of sin he has rescued you from... the fears he stills.

Go and tell what God has done!

If someone asked you about your faith, what would you tell them God has done for you?

1 Peter 3:21–22 This water symbolizes baptism that now saves you also—not the removal of dirt from the body but the pledge of a clear conscience toward God. It saves you by the resurrection of Jesus Christ, who has gone into heaven and is at God’s right hand—with angels, authorities and powers in submission to him.
