I can do all this.



Phil. 4:11–13

I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do all this through him who gives me strength.

Sorry to burst your bubble on what might be your favorite verse... "I can do all this" isn't about sports...

It's about contentment.

But one of the hardest challenges in a believer's life is to have the right perspective on wealth. Contentment is a challenge. Whether hungry, well fed, or in need... know this:

With a heavenly perspective you can always see it as "enough."

Think of a time you had less and still had "enough." What made that true?
