It is good to be a sheep.

John 10:27–30

My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. I and the Father are one.”

Sheep aren't praised for much... but they're certainly good listeners. They know they're shepherd's voice.

Do you know your shepherd's voice? Your Savior speaks to you through the pages of the Bible.

It is good to be his sheep. In his care and protection your soul is safe from every threat.

Listen to him. Rest in him. It's good to be a sheep.

What voices try to drown out the comforting voice of your Savior? What do his words say in response?
