God turns on the lights.

2 Cor. 4:4–6

The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. For what we preach is not ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your servants for Jesus’ sake. For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ.

There are few things more awkward than trying to figure out the light switches in someone else's home.

Sometimes you just need them to flip the switch.

Satan has clouded this world in the darkness and blindness of unbelief. We try to "flip the switches" by living a good life or being "spiritual" be the light isn't on.

Enter your God. He sees the problem, and turns on the lights of faith.

With Christ you never have to search for the lights again.

What are the unsatisfying ways people search for God? How can you help someone you know see the light of Christ?

You have seen many things, but you pay no attention; your ears are open, but you do not listen.” Read the context God's Old Testament people — the Israelites — often failed to listen to his commands... Psalm 27:4–5 One thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek:that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life,to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple.
